The service
Motionlinq is a web service for AI-assisted video generation and related features — for example working with text,
prompts, start images, and video workflows in your browser. Features, interfaces, and technical conditions may
evolve over time.
Account and access
Some parts of the service require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information when you
register or update your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity that occurs through your
account to the extent required by applicable law and reasonable security expectations. Unless otherwise stated, the
account is intended for your personal use; do not share your credentials with others.
Payment and credits
Payments are processed via Stripe. The service may offer recurring subscriptions
as well as purchases of additional video credits (top-ups). Current prices, a description of what
you are buying, and any purchase-specific terms are shown at checkout and, where relevant, in the
Stripe customer portal. Nothing in these terms replaces the information presented at purchase.
Digital services and the right of withdrawal
The service concerns digital services and digital content. Depending on how the purchase is completed, you may be
asked to confirm that performance (for example access to the service or credits) may begin immediately. Such
consent may, under applicable law, affect your ability to withdraw from purchases of digital content — the exact
effect depends on the circumstances and the rules that apply to you.
Permitted and prohibited use
You must use the service lawfully and respectfully. For example, you must not:
- use the service for illegal content or illegal activities;
- infringe others’ intellectual property rights or personal privacy;
- publish or attempt to generate content that constitutes threats, hate, harassment, or exploitative material;
- abuse the service, including overloading systems or disrupting other users;
- attempt to bypass security, access controls, or technical limitations;
- distribute malware, obtain unauthorised access, or use automated data collection (e.g. scraping) contrary to our
technical terms or reasonable expectations.
We may remove content or restrict features that violate these terms or applicable law, to the extent that is
reasonable and proportionate.
User content and outputs
You are responsible for material you upload, submit, or otherwise use in the service, and for how you use generated
outputs (including in commercial contexts). The legal situation for AI-generated content may vary. We do not grant
broader rights to outputs than what follows from applicable law and from any third-party terms that apply to the
providers used to deliver the functionality.
Intellectual property
The service, the Motionlinq brand, and related software are protected by intellectual property rights and belong
to us or our licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to use the brand beyond what follows from normal
use of the service.
Third-party providers
We use external providers to operate the service, for example for payments,
hosting and infrastructure, and AI- and video-related functionality. Processing
with a provider occurs to the extent required and under their terms. Your use may therefore also be affected by such
third-party terms.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide the service with reasonable care and stable operations, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted
availability or error-free operation. We may update features and these terms; the latest change date is shown at
the top of the page. Continued use after material changes may mean you accept the new version, to the extent
permitted by law.
Liability
To the extent permitted under applicable law, we are not liable for indirect loss or consequential loss. Nothing in
these terms is intended to limit rights that follow from mandatory law, including consumer rights that cannot be
contractually waived.
Applicable law and disputes
For use in Sweden, the starting point is Swedish law, without affecting mandatory consumer rules
that may apply to you. We prefer to resolve questions through contact with our support.
Suspension and account closure
We may temporarily or permanently restrict or close your account if you breach these terms, are suspected of abuse,
or if required by law, authority decisions, or to protect the security of the service and other users. We aim to
inform you in advance when reasonable, unless notice would be inappropriate or prohibited by law.
You may request account closure by contacting us. Certain information may be retained where required by law, for
example for bookkeeping or other legal obligations.
